1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuantaCloud's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Service Description

QuantaCloud provides cloud-based GPU compute resources for AI/ML workloads, including virtual machines with NVIDIA GPUs, persistent storage volumes, and pre-configured templates for popular AI frameworks and applications.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or engage in hacking activities
  • Mine cryptocurrency without explicit authorization
  • Host illegal or harmful content
  • Overload or disrupt our infrastructure

5. Payment Terms

Services are billed on a per-second or per-hour basis as displayed in our pricing. You agree to pay all fees associated with your usage. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

6. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. In case of extended outages, eligible customers may receive service credits as per our SLA policy. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload or create using our services. We do not access your data except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

QuantaCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the past twelve months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.
